The Fabulous Family Site Awards

NOTICE: This awards program is on hold for the time being. I am uncertain as to when I will be able to get it up and running again. If and when I do the Fabulous Family Site program will have been updated. In it's place will be a new award program called the Fantastic Site Award. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Browsing through the various websites on the internet I became aware of the concept of website awards. The idea of website designers offering awards to other website designers in appreciation of their talents, effort and creativity really appeals to me. I would love to be able to give an award to you!
These awards do not presume any superior knowledge on my part about website design. In fact, although I have come a long way I still have much more to learn. Instead, I will look at your website with a subjective eye and if I like it and feel that it meets my criteria I will offer you an award.

Award Criteria

1. Nothing objectionable, i.e.profanity, racism, rudeness etc. Must be acceptable for family viewing.
2. Family oriented material that serves to inform, entertain, uplift, support, encourage.
3. Must be visually appealing to me.
4. No HUGE bugs, like lots of broken links.
5. Must link my award(s)back to my site.
6. No music that I can't turn off.
7. My pet peeve...please check for spelling errors! A few I can handle...lots drive me nuts!!
8. Must have content independant of links.
9. English is the only language I can read and understand with any facility so I
must require that your site be primarily in English.
10. I am sorry but you may not apply for my award if you are under 14. (COPPA)

That's all there is to it. I should be able to get back to you about your application status within 2 weeks.
